Ms. Buzzell is a 2015 graduate of Northside High School. She is starting her fifth year education, and fourth year as a Miller Rocket and an Assistant Band Director with the NHS BWB!!! Ms. Buzzell holds her M.M.ed from Georgia College & State University, and her B.A. in Music from Southern Virginia University. She will begin her Doctoral journey in 2024! 

Ms. Buzzell had the honor of performing at the Jefferson Center with her Saxophone Quintet, Universal Studios, Disney World Parks, performed with the Roanoke Symphony Orchestra, and at Carnegie Hall! Out of all the instruments she plays, her passion is tenor saxophone and percussion. Ms. Buzzell loves cooking, hiking, and photography.
